default How to strengthen a leg

Hey guys, I'm pretty new to shuffle, started like 3 weeks ago. I need help with the T-step/Side-step, I can do it pretty well on my left foot (the one going side to side) but not as well on my right foot. Any idea how to improve it?

lilazndude if you can find a pole like a striper pole and hold on to it and shuffle in a circle around the pole. its how i learned the t-step backwards

buff? sorry sometimes i forget that terms used here in the u.s. are so far fetched compared to other slang. the term jacked in the united states means riped, buff, strong, built, ect. Sometimes you might here me say the term "beast" people dont tend to get this slang word. a beast is an animal thats strong and is not taken down easily but im sure you know that. so when you say someone is "beast" at soccer, shuffling, ect they are very very good at it and no one can stop them. american football is most likely where is term came from and now its applied to a lot other things. such as a video game, sports(used alot), even academics. so konsept that picture looks beast. this term i hear at least 5 times a day.

ummm, well im going to a meetup on the 13th of june (also my b'day ^^), and im doing this movie for IST (information software tecnology) cause it's a project and it has 3 shuffle scenes in it which i will upload to youtube on like the 9th of june.

Stairs / steps are great for building strength in your legs. Like using the stairs instead of the lift or escalator. Just a little bit each day.

I climbed 7 floors of stairs to my studio 3-4 times a day for 10 years, mostly because the 80 yo lift kept breaking down. Got really strong legs, but also wore out my knee and ankle joints.
