Well we did all this online with the 4MR shuffle crew in Moscow. Is it the sort of thing you think would be allowed in your towns ?

Check out our How To Run a Meetup tutorial, gives you all the tips on dealing with local authorities, how to keep things underground if you need to.

We prefer to collaborate with locals, so that it includes local culture.
