default pointers and tips give/get

Post by mauro_chaves on Tue 18 Nov 2008, 14:39

im currently from the country in the united states and have never tried danceing/shuffling

im going to start tommorow after my date and going to run track

and a good shoe i would think off useing is a skate boarding shoe there flat and slide pretty good if the ground is wet u can run and slide as if u have helleis on (shoes with wheels in the heel) incase there only in america a good place and good slection is at ccs.com skateboard shop if u desice to buy a pair get nike sb or nike 6.0 there best and fit good but longest lasteting are usualy fallens
there pretty inexpensive also most expensive is maybe 120 which is very odd usualy around 45? i think

but if u have anything u used to do good fast let me know im new

I would use work/combat boots. Makes the runnign man harder and stomp louder. The standerd suffle is much smother. Gives kicks more force and good for spinning. (my boots are well worn but still has great traction for day to day)
For most, skater shoes are prolly the best. In the USA i would buy shoes from Payless. $20-$30 Cheep and same quality of the more expencive shoes.

I use Armani Exchange shoes and Converse low-tops.
I think they slide pretty well.

Ey guys, Ive fallen outta shuffleing and im getting back into it again. Main reason i have is i've hit my limit on what i can do w/ the T-step and running man. Ive got spins, slides, and arm movements down. Ive tried jumps and stops, which i guess look ok. Really what i want is something else 2 add to the shuffle. If possable another base move to elaborate upon. Ive looked at other shufflers on videos and (mostly) all they're doing is just the running man with a little flares.

hehe yeah i like the moonwalk, i havent found a way 2 use it durring the shuffle tho, is good for a begining. and yeah im trying other dances. Ive tried Jumpstyle, he at half the speed of the shuffle tho, so that feels strange too.

Im doing freehand glowsticking for armmovements. and i hav sum rave pants that have slots by the feet for glowsticks:) i need 2 buy some LED ones so i can reuse.

Ahhh, Glowsticking and shuffling at the same time. Well iv seen a few people do the moonwalk as a transition kinda thing from running man backwards and then they shuffle sideways. Looks pretty good!
