The music's not a big deal, and I would actually discourage practicing with music right away.
But if you're feeling up for it, just about anything with a 4-on-the-floor beat like house, electro house, and even most pop music nowadays will work nicely. If you want to get a bit more tricky but still not go fast, I'd suggest shuffling to drum and bass to work on your timing.
Also, don't try to shuffle to happy hardcore just yet or you might hurt yourself
